Karol Truman wrote a book entitled: Feelings Buried Alive Never Die. She helps the reader understand that we can heal every negative emotion based on the principle of unconditional love and complete forgiveness. If you have a negative emotion, you can say these words. Karol Truman calls it "the script". When you say the script, you acknowledge a negative emotion and resolve to heal it with unconditional love and complete forgiveness; including any positive emotions that you would like to use to replace the negative emotion. Repeating these words uncovers the blueprint of health that is written on our cells.
This is a shortened variation of the script provided in her book:
Spirit, go to my beginnings and locate the cause for my feeling ___[insert negative emotion or belief]____. Take my most mature, adult, loving, forgiving, higher spiritual self to that first situation that caused this feeling to start. Analyze every aspect of this situation and resolve it perfectly and permanently. Come forward in time, analyzing and resolving every situation that was built upon the foundation of the first until now; I am filled with God's light and truth, unconditional love and complete forgiveness, and ___[insert positive emotions]___.
Take all the time you need to heal from this. Spirit, but hasten time and heal it now. It is done. It is done. It is done. Thank you.
If you can memorize this script, you can have it whenever you find yourself experiencing uncomfortable or overwhelming emotions. By processing each emotion, you can teach yourself how to feel better. It may be necessary to do the script more than once if you have several negative emotions that need processing in one session.
Note, the word "spirit" in the script refers to oneself, as in one's own spirit.
