Teach the subconscious what it is so it can be utilized in the treatment process
The subconscious is a faithful servant. It just does what it is told to do by our intentions. It contains our body’s sensory data, our history and all our resources available to draw on to make happen exactly what it has been instructed to create in each specific situation.
Create a cue word to signal to the subconscious the intention to run this treatment:
I will give instruction to your subconscious mind. Don’t be concerned if you don’t understand what this means consciously. Your subconscious will understand. Just be in agreement. You want your subconscious mind to be in acceptance. (If you don’t want to, just pass it on by, and you will have some interesting information).
Subconscious, whenever he/she uses their cue word for a problem they have consciously noticed that they don’t want to keep any more, you will eliminate all of the emotional roots and all beliefs that are controlling that particular problem and you will do that immediately and instantly and thoroughly, and you can do that for any problem that they ever choose to treat from now on under any circumstance.
This cue word ________ will treat/heal every thought, feeling, attitude, belief, imagination, and every other problem that in any way has caused me any kind of problem with this, any kind of upset, any kind of stress, any kind of imbalance within myself, mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and everything that I have experienced as a result of having this problem.
Notice every emotion, sensation, belief that surfaces
Use cue word by saying or thinking it for each symptom, problem, or issue that comes up until you feel centered, balanced, and calm
Notice and treat any traumas that block the following ‘stopper’ statements:
I want to be free of this problem
I am willing to be free of this problem
I am willing to be free of this problem from now on.
I give permission to be free of this problem.
It’s ok for me to be free of this problem
I deserve of this problem
I am willing to receive all of the benefits of being free from this problem
I will do everything necessary to see to it that I stay free of this problem
I still have one or more problems that will make me keep or take this problem back
There is still something in me that will make me keep or take this problem back
I’m vulnerable to taking this problem back
I’m afraid that these treatments won’t work for me
I’m afraid that these treatments won’t last
I doubt that they will work for me
I doubt that they will last
I don’t trust myself to do things effectively in these new ways
I doubt that I will do things effectively in these new ways
I doubt my ability to live out these changes in my life
I am vulnerable to taking back one or more of the problems I have treated
I’m mad at myself, I’m angry at myself
I forgive myself
Treat any symptoms that arise with the stopper list
Say your cue word and ‘stoppers’ after reading through the list
